By submitting the above information, you understand and agree that the Brokers and Sales Representatives of Wiktor Realty Corporation, Brokerage will use this information to complete a Listing Agreement and any additional required documents in order to list your property.  Information submitted may also be used to make changes to your listing as required.  You also understand and agree that by submitting the above information, personal information relating to the property may be obtained and used to complete the Listing Agreement and any additional required documents in order to list your property or to make changes to your listing as required.  This information may include, but is not limited to, previous purchase price, persons on title of the property, previous purchase date, etc.  You also understand and agree that Wiktor Realty Corporation, Brokerage may also use the above information or information obtained to complete the Listing Agreement to send you marketing and/or promotional materials relating to real estate services offered by the Brokerage.  The information gathered in order to complete the Listing Agreement or other documents will not be given, sold or otherwise transmitted to third party marketers unless permission in writing is obtained from you to do so.  Information gathered is held in strict confidence under the laws of the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) of Canada.   

'$495 Listing Package' service fee applies to properties located within the boundaries of the City of Ottawa. A $150 surcharge applies for properties that are located beyond the City of Ottawa borders.  The $495 plus HST fee must be paid at the time of signing the Listing Agreement.  Other fees and charges may be applicable.  Please talk to a Wiktor Realty Broker or Sales Representative for full details. 

To be eligible for the 'No Fee List & Buy' package, properties being purchased must be located within the boundaries of the City of Ottawa.  For purchases of properties outside of the City of Ottawa boundaries, please talk with a Wiktor Realty Broker or Sales Representative - other terms and conditions may apply.  The $495 (plus HST) listing fee must be paid at the time of signing the Listing Agreement.  A Buyer Representation Agreement must also be signed at the time of signing the Listing Agreement.  The total listing fee (including HST) will be refunded upon closing of the property purchased.

For the 'Full Representation' service please contact a Wiktor Realty Corporation Broker or Sales Representative for full details.  The services outlined are for demonstration purposes only and may or may not be offered by the Broker or Sales Representative.  The Broker or Sales Representative may offer more services than listed as well.  Commissions for Full Representation service are negotiated between the Seller and Broker or Sales Representative based on the services provided.  Wiktor Realty Corporation, Brokerage does not set specific commission rates for its Brokers or Sales Representatives.

Concierge Services to be paid upon closing of the sale or cancellation of the Listing Agreement, or if the property does not sell, at the expiration of the Listing Agreement. A detailed bill will be provided.  

A $95 refundable deposit must be paid for the 'for sale' sign at the time of signing the Listing Agreement.  The 'for sale' sign, including metal frame and two coroplast signs, must be returned to the Brokerage after the property has sold firm, the Listing Agreement has been cancelled or the Listing Agreement expires.  Additionally, all rented signs (and other rented items) must be returned to the Brokerage after the property has sold firm, the Listing Agreement has been cancelled or the Listing Agreement expires.
