We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your support over the last two years and to inform you that Wiktor Realty is changing! We have been proud to offer you a “do--it--yourself” opportunity by offering a listing on the MLS® system for an incredibly low flat fee of just $495! However, after a very careful evaluation of our business model and a study of current and future market conditions, including reaction from our real estate professional colleagues to this new and progressive service model, we have decided that we can no longer offer this great service to the consumer. Many of you were successful at selling your home, however, many weren’t and therefore, we felt that this has had a negative impact on the overall service level of our company.  

Since providing exceptional customer service to our clients is very important to us and what we strive for, we are pleased to offer you a new, enhanced full representation service at very competitive commission rates to help you get your property sold for the maximum amount of money and at the least inconvenience to you. So if you are thinking of selling, we would encourage you to keep keeping us in mind and to give us the opportunity to present to you our new and exciting service.
